OBLIGA\u021aIILE P\u0102R\u021aILOR \u00ceN CAZUL LIVR\u0102RII PRODUSELOR<\/strong><\/p>

OBLIGA\u021aIILE V\u00c2NZ\u0102TORULUI (PROFESIONISTULUI \/ COMERCIANTULUI)<\/strong><\/p>

Comerciantul Huma Beauty se oblig\u0103 s\u0103 expedieze \u00een mod corespunz\u0103tor produsele comandate de c\u0103tre client prin intermediul formularului de comand\u0103 \u00eentr-un termen estimativ de cel mult 10 zile lucr\u0103toare de la data recep\u021bion\u0103rii comenzii.<\/p>

Modul de livrare:<\/strong> Huma Beauty colaboreaz\u0103 cu prestatori de servicii de curierat \u00een vederea expedierii produselor astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t Clientul va avea \u00een vedere aceste \u00eemprejur\u0103ri \u0219i situa\u021biile care pot determina \u00eent\u00e2rzieri la livrare. \u00cen anumite cazuri, termenul de expediere a produselor poate fi prelungit \u00een mod corespunz\u0103tor \u00een situa\u021bia apari\u021biei unor evenimente (s\u0103rb\u0103tori legale, Black Friday etc.).<\/p>

\u00cen toate cazurile, Comerciantul \u00ee\u0219i rezerv\u0103 dreptul unilateral de a asigura livrarea produselor c\u0103tre client \u00eentr-un termen de cel mult 30 de zile, cu obliga\u021bia inform\u0103rii prealabile a acestuia.<\/p>

\u00cen situa\u021bia exercit\u0103rii dreptului de retragere, Huma Beauty se oblig\u0103 s\u0103 ramburseze toate sumele pe care le-a primit din partea Clientului cu titlu de plat\u0103 a produselor \u0219i serviciilor, cu excep\u021bia, dup\u0103 caz, a costurilor livr\u0103rii, comisioanelor bancare, f\u0103r\u0103 \u00eent\u00e2rziere nejustificat\u0103 \u00een termen de 14 zile calendaristice \u00eencep\u00e2nd de la data la care este informat pe orice cale de decizia de retragere din contract.<\/p>

Huma Beauty se oblig\u0103 s\u0103 ramburseze contravaloarea comenzii \u00een condi\u021biile stabilite, cu condi\u021bia de a nu c\u0103dea \u00een sarcina acesteia plata de taxe \u0219i comisioane suplimentare ori alte cheltuieli excesive \u0219i nerezonabile, \u00een urma ramburs\u0103rii.<\/p>

Huma Beauty nu va fi obligat\u0103 s\u0103 ramburseze costurile suplimentare \u00een cazurile \u00een care Clientul a ales \u00een mod explicit un alt tip de livrare dec\u00e2t cel standard oferit de c\u0103tre comerciant.<\/p>

\u00cen situa\u021bia \u00een care Clientul s-a oferit s\u0103 returneze el \u00eensu\u0219i produsele, \u00een cazul contractelor de v\u00e2nzare – cump\u0103rare, Huma Beauty va putea am\u00e2na rambursarea sumelor p\u00e2n\u0103 la data recep\u021bion\u0103rii efective a produselor care au f\u0103cut obiectul contractului sau p\u00e2n\u0103 la momentul primirii unei dovezi din partea Clientului potrivit c\u0103reia acesta a transmis produsele \u00eenapoi c\u0103tre Huma Beauty.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
